1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Netherlands

  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (CET)

  • Handling time: 0-1 business day (Monday–Friday)

  • Transit time: 2–5 days (Monday–Friday)

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–6 business days


2. Do you offer free shipping?

  • Netherlands: Free Shipping


3. Where is Sklaire located?

Sklaire is a Dutch wellness brand, headquartered in Eindhoven. We operate exclusively online to keep our products accessible and our prices fair.


4. What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

No worries — we’ll make it right.
If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 30 days. We'll cover the return costs and send a replacement or issue a refund as preferred.


5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes. You may cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing us at hello@sklaire.com.


6. What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day easy returns. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with packaging. For full details, see our Return Policy.


7. Do I have to pay return shipping?

  • Defective products: No cost to you.

  • Change of mind or incorrect choice: Return shipping is at your own expense.


8. How do I return a product?

  1. Email hello@sklaire.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Follow the return instructions in our response.

  3. Drop off the package at your nearest carrier.
    Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 days.


9. Can I exchange an item?

Yes. If you’d like to swap for a different size, color, or product, just contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.


10. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your shipment via our Order Tracking page.


11. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the Netherlands.


12. Do you offer any warranties or guarantees?

Yes. All purchases can be returned within 30 days. If something’s not right, we’ll help you. On our products there's a standard warranty of 2 years. 


13. Can I place a bulk or business order?

Yes — whether you're purchasing for a salon, hotel, or gifting event, we’re happy to help. Contact us directly for bulk order inquiries.
