Delivery Area: We currently ship within the Netherlands.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 0-1 business days, Monday to Friday.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Amsterdam) will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days after processing, depending on the destination.
No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Yes we offer free shipping the Netherlands.

If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 14 days. We'll cover the return costs and send a replacement or issue a refund as preferred.
Yes. You may cancel your order within 2 hours by emailing us at hello@sklaire.com
We offer 14-day returns. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with packaging. For full details, see our Return Policy.
Defective products: We will cover the cost of returns for defective products.
Change of mind or incorrect choice: Return shipping is at your own expense.

Drop off the package at your nearest carrier.

Yes. If you’d like to swap for a different size, color, or product, just contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

No, we currently only ship in the Netherlands.
Yes. All purchases can be returned within 14 days. If something’s not right, we’ll help you. On our products there's a standard warranty of 2 years.
